Ali showed us an easy way to make sure your student organization events will be successful. She made a schedule for us showing the important pieces that should be done at a certain amount of weeks or days before the event. 6 weeks before you should be submitting a request to host an event. 4 weeks before you should submit a funding request and a contract agreement if needed. 3 weeks before create the event and get it out on social media. 2 weeks before confirm the event details. A week before make sure all the technology works and the day of send out the zoom link and that's it.
