This semester was my first true season with the soccer team at Ithaca and I loved every second of it. I got to fully experience every moment and become a part of a very tight group on our way to a place in the Liberty League final. Although we lost that and although I didn't play, I was truly glad I got to be a part of it because I know have some memories that will last for a long time. Not playing in a season for the first time in my life was a weird experience, but it made me realize that I needed to find ways to have an impact on the team and be a leader in ways I had never had to do before. Leaving the season, I felt that I had grown as a person and as a leader thanks to being in the role that I had never been in before. I'm excited for next year to improve on that role and improve my leadership further.
